Simon Tanguay v2
Dr Simon Tanguay completed his urology training at McGill University in 1992 and his fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in 1995.

He is currently a professor in the Department of Surgery (Division of Urology) at McGill University, and head of urologic oncology at the McGill University Health Centre.

Dr Tanguay was actively involved in the Quebec Urological Association, where he served as president of continuing medical education and treasurer. He also served as a member of the executive committee of the Genito-Urinary Group at the National Cancer Institute of Canada. He is currently a member of the Kidney Cancer of Canada Medical Advisory Board.

Dr Tanguay currently holds the position of general secretary of the Société Internationale d’Urologie.
